Busiate is a typical homemade pasta from Trapani, the western part of Sicily. Our chef will prepare his with a focus on combining the flavors of the sea, with those of the earth.

Sea bass crusted with pistachios, fennel and potato terrine, sanguinella oranges and leeks
Sea bass is a Mediterranean fish cooked by our chef featuring Sicilian gourmet ingredients like pistachio from Bronte and Sanguinella Sicilian oranges (blood oranges).

Sweet and sour Vegetables caponata with olives
The caponata, one of the most traditional Sicilian dishes, combines most of the flavorful vegetables like eggplants, red & green peppers, onions, potatoes and olives. Vegetables are stir fried and prepared with a hint of sugar and vinegar.

Sicilian Cannoli
Cannoli are the symbol of the Sicilian patisserie. Our chef will prepare the cannoli with a delicate almond sauce highlighted by rum, eggnog, and Marsala wine.
