The Italian art of hosting goes deep in to the roots of the aristocratic world, where all the receptions were elegant and detailed. Adele Manti de Amicis will guide us through this world. She is an elegant, bright, aristocratic woman who lived through different Italian eras with such enthusiasm.
Adele, known as Donna Dedè, was born in Naples in 1925, but she lived most of her life in Rome. As an aristocratic woman, she used to throw great parties, hosting famous protagonists of the Italian and European scene. Notably, she had the honor of hosting King Vittorio Emanuele III at her home.
She did it for decades and still does it with elegance, sobriety, attention to details and great beauty.
Donna Dedè will share with us her world and her life to let us experience a piece of Italian history. We will follow her wisdom and live this unique opportunity.
She will be the one who will guide us and explain the Italian art of hosting through her suggestions, experience, complete with wonderful anecdotes. She will lead us on a virtual voyage where we will be in contact with a rare aristocratic world.
